Department of Health Dignity Campaign
The Department of Health Dignity Campaign aims to put dignity at the heart of care services. You can:
- sign up to become a dignity champion
- take a look at the Toolkit for action for ideas of what part you can play in delivering the dignity in care campaign
- find other champions who are local to you using the dignity champion search facility
- join the discussion forum which provides Dignity Champions with an online space through which they can meet and talk to other Dignity Champions to share ideas, experiences, issues, solutions and best practice.
- Share your good practice ideas with others by submitting your ideas to the Good Practice Framework
- follow the campaign on Twitter
The Department of Health Dignity in Care Campaign has been running for three years now and with over 10,000 individuals signed up to be Dignity Champions. An independent review of the campaign has been undertaken to determine the progress achieved, success's and areas for improvement.
