The Royal Society of Psychitarists report published today recommends that the Senior Clinical Lead for Dementia should implement systems of good practice to ensure that staff can identify people with dementia on the ward/during care and treatment and can provide an appropriate response to their needs (e.g. "Butterfly Scheme").
