This case study is featured in Passing the Baton, which has been produced by the National Leadership Innovation Agency for Health (NLIAH)

The story of my aunt's hospital care in south east Wales

The above case studies been used in various ways. For example in:

  • the development of training resources - Winchester University used one of the case studies to develop a training resource for healthcare support workers
  • media publications e.g. the Daily Mail Campaign
  • some of the journal articles that are listed above
