Description
A one day workshop designed to focus on fine tuning communication and listening skills to enrich relationships between clients, relatives carers and with colleagues.
Learning Objectives:
- Experience what disrespect feels like
- Understand the difference between dignity and respect
- See things from a patient's perpective
- Practice advanced communication techniques

- The introduction was very powerful and set the scene for the day
